Sara Rivers, formerly known as Sara Stokes and a contestant on MTV’s “Making the Band 2,” has filed a $60 million lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging sexual harassment and mistreatment during her time on the reality show.
In her lawsuit, Rivers claims that Combs subjected her to inappropriate behavior, including an incident where he allegedly cornered her and ran his hand across her breasts while asking if she needed anything.
Rivers also alleges that she was forced to endure “inhumane” conditions, such as being made to sleep in an open area with four male contestants despite being married at the time, under threat of elimination if she refused.
Additionally, Rivers accuses Combs of sabotaging her music career by dismantling the group Da Band and retaining most of her earnings from the show, thereby depriving her of financial opportunities while continuing to profit from her work.
Combs’ representatives have denied the allegations, stating, “This is yet another example of false claims being filed against Mr. Combs. No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
This lawsuit adds to the growing list of legal challenges facing Combs, as multiple allegations of abuse, sexual misconduct, and career exploitation have surfaced in recent months.
