The tragic death of Liam Payne continues to make headlines as new evidence sheds light on the events leading up to the incident. Surveillance footage obtained by TMZ shows the British singer speaking with one of the individuals now implicated in the case, just three hours before his fatal fall from a third-floor balcony at a Buenos Aires hotel.

The video, captured by hotel security cameras, shows Payne, dressed in a white T-shirt, calmly exiting an elevator and approaching Ezequiel Pereyra, an employee at the Casa Azul hotel. Pereyra, who was later accused of supplying drugs to Payne, engaged in a brief conversation with the singer before leaving the scene.

The footage has raised questions about Payne’s state of mind and circumstances prior to his death on October 16. Contrary to earlier reports suggesting an accident or suicide, authorities are now investigating the case as a potential homicide.

Autopsy findings and suspects in the investigation

According to the autopsy report, the 30-year-old artist had traces of cocaine, alcohol, and antidepressants in his system at the time of his death. This discovery, combined with the newly surfaced footage, has shifted the focus of the investigation toward foul play.
