Up to now, information surrounding rapper Diddy has always received attention from netizens.
According to the Daily Mail, when he first started out as a young music executive, Diddy often abused his employees. Pam Lewis-Rudden, who worked as Diddy’s assistant at Uptown Records in the early 1990s, said no one was safe from the rapper’s anger. Whenever it happened, she often had to move away to avoid getting involved.

Specifically, on October 4, the sharing of Pam Lewis-Rudden, a former Los Angeles Police Department detective and one of Diddy’s music students was made public in the first episode of The Trial of Diddy.
“He called me a b**ch too many times. Not just me, he used it to address everyone and he said it in front of all the staff. So when a friend introduced me to a company that was hiring, I decided to leave,” Pam Lewis-Rudden shared.
At the time, Uptown featured some of the brightest talent in America, including Mary J. Blige, Jodeci, Christopher Williams, and Father MC. Lewis-Rudden said Diddy fell out with just about everyone, including Uptown CEO Andre Harrell, who famously fired Diddy in 1993.

Years later, Harrell explained that he had no ill will when he fired Diddy, he just knew it was time for Diddy to run things on his own. “Puff doesn’t really listen to anybody but me, so my full-time job is to manage Puff… I didn’t do it to hurt him, but I knew it was time for him to grow up,” he told the Wall Street Journal.
The last straw for me was when MCA wanted me to not release the Biggie Smalls album because they didn’t like the subject matter and they wanted me to tell him to change his tone. And I don’t think I have the authority to dictate to a generation what they can and can’t do artistically. So I knew that wouldn’t work (because Diddy had a similar style). I told him, I’m really letting you go so you can get rich.”

Diddy then became wealthy when his record label Bad Boy Records soon signed a major deal and became one of the most successful record labels of the 1990s and 2000s.
“I was very passionate and didn’t understand office politics or etiquette. So I got fired because you can’t have two kings in one castle. I’m not trying to be disrespectful to Andre, but I fought very hard. He wanted to be more diplomatic and make sure everyone felt included ,” Diddy told Oprah Winfrey about being fired from Uptown.
