Tears streamed down her face as she bid farewell to the past decade of her life at the final premiere of the Harry Potter series. Understandably, Emma Watson felt the need to release some pent-up emotions once it was all said and done. Best known for portraying Hermione Granger since 2001, the actress was caught busting out some impressive dance moves on the dance floor at the after-party in London last week.
What might Hermione think? Emma Watson lights up the dancefloor as she grooves her troubles away at a Harry Potter gathering. Shining in her chic Elie Saab dress, the 21-year-old moved to the music surrounded by her pals. She seemed carefree, possibly feeling a sense of relief that a challenging chapter in her life had come to an end. Commanding the spotlight, she strutted her stuff at the event held at the Old Billingsgate Market in London.
Blame the rhythm: Emma playfully adjusts her dress while she loses herself in the beat of the music.
Getting into the Hogwarts spirit: Emma passionately sings along to the music with her friends by her side. Before this moment, she, Rupert Grint, and Daniel Radcliffe, whom she considers her second family, were all swept with emotion as they honored the final film. It was Emma who became teary-eyed as she and her co-stars expressed their gratitude towards fans and each other for the unforgettable journey. Overwhelmed by emotions, Emma expressed how privileged she felt to have portrayed her character and be a part of such extraordinary films.
The end is near: Watson made an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman before the New York premiere of Harry Potter.
‘I’ve had the most incredible 10 years. Thank you all so much.’
She was so moved that she even brought J.K Rowling to tears and had the film’s producer, David Heyman, comforting her.
Emma began the evening wearing a stunning Oscar De La Renta gown paired with a Boodles round diamond ‘Chakra’ platinum ring valued at £95,000.
Everything changed for Emma throughout the night. She began the evening looking fabulous in an Oscar De La Renta dress but later opted for a shorter Elie Saab outfit to wear at the after-party.
David Heyman, the producer of the Harry Potter series, provided Emma with support when she became emotional during her speech at the premiere. Emma Watson later showed off her dance moves at the Harry Potter party.
