Lauren Pisciotta – who was hired as Kanye West’s assistant from July 2021 to October 2022 – filed a lawsuit, accusing the rapper of sexual assault.
Lauren Pisciotta claims in a new lawsuit that she was drugged and sexually assaulted by the rapper at a recording session with Sean “Diddy” Combs, Page Six reports.
The incident took place in Santa Monica, USA. West is accused of ordering the drink “laced with an unknown drug.” Although Diddy, 55, is named in the lawsuit as a co-host of the recording session, he has not been accused of any wrongdoing.
Pisciotta added that she felt “disoriented and out of control of her body and speech” after consuming the drink. The next morning, she said she felt unwell but did not know all the details.
According to the woman, the Yeezy founder confessed to her that they had “had a little sex,” and that the incident occurred while West was still married to Kim Kardashian. “Kanye’s wife allegedly accused him of having sex with Plaintiff, causing him to admit to embarrassing behavior,” the lawsuit reads.
In the filing, the former assistant also claimed to have received numerous obscene and harassing messages from West.
Fearing blacklisting and retaliation from her boss, Pisciotta said she was extremely cautious in her communications, but was still fired shortly thereafter. The plaintiff also said she was never paid the $3 million in severance pay promised by West.
This is the second time Pisciotta – who has worked for West since July 2021 when he was preparing to launch his Yeezy fashion line – has filed a complaint against the controversial rapper. In June, the woman sued West for regularly sending obscene messages, photos and not being paid.
At that time, responding to Page Six , West’s representative lawyer criticized the accusations as “baseless”. The rapper’s side also claimed that Pisciotta also blackmailed West when “her advances were rejected”.
“Before her assistant contract was terminated, Ms. Pisciotta stole Kanye’s phone in an attempt to destroy damaging evidence, but all of it was saved,” the lawyer said.
